・Regarding sound clip marked as “PLEASE CHECK”, some damaged areas, such as areas where noise occurs, are excerpted and recorded. This sound source is always recorded from records that are on sale.

Our shipping will be done DHL.

Shipment comes with a tracking number and will arrive at the destination within 3-5 days from shipment. It may take 1 to 3 days from receiving your order to shipment.

Customs duties vary from country to country and region to region. Please pay it yourself when you receive your goods.If you cancel your order upon receipt of the goods because you are unable to pay the customs duty, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

・We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.

If more than one week has passed since you received the product, we will not accept the return of the product even if there is an error in the content of the product you received.

・When returning the item, please enclose the enclosed delivery note and DHL's invoice and send it back "postage collect".

・We may ask for a photo or video to verify damage or wrong item.
