Shipping / Delivery
We ship via DHL. Shipping is within 1-3 business days.
Please understand that shipping costs and arrival time may vary depending on international conditions.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for DHL shipments. Kindly provide an alternative address where the package can be received.
We do not deliver products to customers without using a delivery company.
We do not sell or ship within Japan.
About Customs, Consumption Taxes, and Other Taxes
Regional and country-specific taxes (VAT, import duties, consumption taxes, etc.) are not included in purchases made on this site.
These taxes must be calculated by the customer prior to purchase and paid at the time of delivery.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately without prior notice or liability for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.
