RETURN POLICY


・We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.
However, in the case of incorrectly placed or defective merchandise (damage during shipping, warped or scratched records that cannot be played, etc.)

・Please contact us within one week after you receive the product.
If more than one week has passed since you received the product, we will not accept the return of the product even if there is an error in the content of the product you received.

・When returning the item, please enclose the enclosed delivery note and DHL's invoice and send it back "postage collect".

・We may ask for a photo or video to verify damage or wrong item.
Please be sure to contact us by e-mail before sending the item back.

・Items to be returned must be in the same condition as when received, including original packaging, inner and outer bags, and accessories.

・Sealed unopened items will not be accepted for return under any circumstances once the package has been opened.

・Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that have important descriptions on the product page regarding their condition, such as "scratched," "heat," etc. Please be sure to check the special description of the product.

・Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process the refund to the original payment method. It may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

・Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled. However, if there are unavoidable circumstances, please contact us in advance by e-mail. Any cancellations after delivery will not be accepted.
