GRADING POLICY


Our grading is as follows. In principle, grading is done by visual confirmation. If there are any areas of concern, we have auditioned them and noted them in the comments, but we have not checked all of them. Also, the photos are of the actual item, but for Sound clip, we may use a recording made from the actual item, or we may use a recording from another copy that is in similar condition.. If you have any concerns, please feel free to ask.

Grade : JACKET, OBI, INSERT Description 
S Unopened. Please see photos.
Some items, even unopened, may have stains or mildew.
If so, we will note it in the Condition Special Note.
EX+ Very clean. What would be a one owner and hardly seems to have been touched.
EX Very clean with almost imperceptible dirt and sagging.
EX- Very light stains, burnt and sore areas, but in good condition.
VG++ General used item. Torn pieces, scratched, scuffed or faded.
VG+ Large ripped areas, scratches, scuffs, faded or signs of use.
VG Items with particular signs of use Torn, ripped, faded, scratched, etc. Please judge by photos and questions.
G Items with fatal scratches, rips or fades. Items that are severely deteriorated. Things that people who can't judge from the pictures should always ask questions.

 

Grade : DISC Description 
S Since the vinyl is unopened, we are unable to check the vinyl.
Please understand the risk of warping of the disc, slips or scratches during pressing, and other pressing errors.
We cannot accept returns after opening the package.
EX+ The record is in like-new condition with virtually no light scuffs, scratches or noise.
EX In good condition with no noticeable scratches, a few very light scuffs, etc.
EX- Good condition with a few light scratches.
VG++ General used item. Record has a light scuffs and scratches.
VG+ There is a slight noise overall, and although there is no needle jump, there are scratches, multiple very thin scratches, and local discoloration.
VG Noise and scratches. There are deep scratches and scuffs that may affect the overall burn and sound. This is in a condition that you must listen to the audition file if you are concerned about it.
G Records that are critically scratched, burned or scuffed, and noisy. Records that you should always listen to the listening file due to the possibility of needle skipping.
